Robert Alfarano (Principal)

Robert Alfarano has a Bachelor of Business degree, twenty-five years experience in large business, and over twenty years in managerial positions. He has held senior roles in Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Logistics and General Management, while working for three of Australia's largest public companies (Amcor, Boral and James Hardies Industries) and the American icon manufacturer corporation, ITW.

Robert's broad business exposure, university lecturing in Strategic Human Resources Management and personal interests developing business culture / individuals combine to see him working with businesses of all sizes, to help them through today's problems and to improve their overall businesses / bottom lines.

Robert spends most of his work time in cultural change, business strategy development, people problem solving, team / executive development, industrial relations and executive recruitment.

 

 



Lara Wilson (Associate)

Having worked as a long term trainer, facilitator, coach and consultant with Bartercard, in Australia and internationally, owned and operated a successful retail business and founded Human Touch Consulting, Lara’s business background and experience means that she knows the true meaning of business challenges, what it takes to be successful and how to maximise human potential.

Combined with her deep understanding of human behaviour and emotional intelligence, she is an inspiring leader and coach, motivating others to excel and to build long-lasting success in both their business & personal lives. As a facilitator, change agent and consultant Lara applies 20 years’ commercial experience to take her client’s, their businesses and their staff to new heights. The emphasis in all Lara’s work is to empower individuals and teams to become more self-aware, powerful communicators, deliberate creators and overall better equipped to deal with the next opportunity and challenge.





Aurelie Guiguen - (Business Development Associate)

Aurelie has a Master's degree in business / management from Dujon University in France,Aurelie has worked in France, Canada and Australia and is currently completing her MBA at Latrobe University.   

 

Aurelie has a broad knowledge in key areas of business, including: human resources, corporate strategy, management and finance, supplemented by exposure to a variety of industry types. She is hard-working, open-minded, analytical and professional.

 

Aurelie has a keen interest to help companies create value by finding solutions to optimise their current resources or to improve their structures, processes and systems in order to provide sustainability in the long term. She enjoys finding ways to expand companies' performance and competitiveness, and her strong belief in the synergies created by strong teamwork, makes her a great team partner!
