Who is Silent Partner Consulting?
We are an independent business with extensive expertise in human resource management,
recruitment, and business, gained over many years of experience working with major
Australian and International “blue chip” organizations. We are also members of a group of
affiliated specialist HR support businesses, further expanding our capabilities to provide
support.
What do we do?
We are capable of providing a full range of support services to make sure that your next
move is the right one.
We work one-on-one with each candidate, be it face-to-face, over the telephone or via email, or through a combination of the most appropriate. We can help candidates review and identify their key skills, values, experience and personal attributes, identify suitable jobs and employers, improve their written applications, improve interview skills, mentor / coach during each stage (including improving motivation / coping with rejection, etc).
What is included in our support services?
Clients are free to choose only the components that they feel would be of benefit to them.
We may recommend a preferred approach, however the final decision is always for the
client to make.

How does the program work?
Support is available on an “as needed” basis or through a coordinated program that meets the individual needs of each client. Assessments as provided to the client to complete on line from home and results are provided and discussed at the persons’ next session.
Each session is usually 2 hours and cost $295 in GST, with email & telephone / skype support provided between meetings, as are template resumes, covering letters, etc at no extra charge.
