We believe that the conventional approach of charging a placement fee used by the recruitment industry in Australia, does not provide companies with value for money outcomes. We also believe that there should be a direct relationship between the fee charged and the value / service delivered, plus the fee structure should put pressure on consultants to be thorough and leave “no stone unturned” to find the right person. At Silent Partner Consulting, we offer a very different approach, both by charging an hourly rate for the work we do, and by using professional, experienced People & Culture Managers who understand human behavior, rather than sales people to conduct the search.
